When was the last time you indulged in a blissful Swedish massage and felt the energy return to your body through touch therapy? Even if it was just yesterday, you will definitely want to experience this relaxing ritual again and again... And if you haven’t yet tried this type of massage, then remember – there’s no better time than now.
The Swedish massage incorporates 5 types of touch, but each client gets an individualised massage that relaxes tense muscles and the nervous system, and increases oxygen absorption into the blood. It’s the easiest way to regain your energy after a demanding day and restore physical and emotional balance.
Progress of Swedish Massage:
- a specialist will evaluated your physical and emotional condition, and choose the best massage program for you;
- massage sequence: back, shoulders, neck, buttocks, legs and arms. The purpose of this sequence is to relax the muscles that are the most tense;
- a slow and intense massage of the back is combined with stretches to trigger the deep muscles and joints;
- relaxation of the sacrum and stretches of the hip joint and thighs increase the bloodstream in the pelvis area and the buttocks;
- massage of the frontal part releases the clutches of anxiety and restores the flow of energy to internal organs;
- lastly, the face is massaged gently. Activated blood circulation supplies oxygen to the tissues and slows down the ageing process;
- after this pleasant and equally intense massage therapy session, you can relax in the relaxation room with a cup of warm herbal tea.
Effects of the Swedish massage:
- reduces nervous tension and restores emotional balance;
- activates lymph flow, strengthens the body and flushes out the toxins;
- increases productivity and energizes.
Recommendation determine massage frequency individually.
